This project highlights a series of aerial photographs captured across various residential properties — showcasing each home’s layout, location, and curb appeal from a unique, elevated perspective.

Using FAA-compliant drone technology, I focused on:

Capturing the full scale and surroundings of each property

Highlighting key exterior features like pools, patios, landscaping, and rooflines

Providing context within the neighborhood — perfect for buyers interested in community layout and lot position

These aerial shots are ideal for luxury listings, large lots, and homes with standout exteriors, offering a dramatic visual edge that standard ground-level photos simply can’t match.
